Ryan Lewis
Ryan serves as an elder and is one of the founding pastors for Crosspoint.
Pastor Ryan serves as an elder and Executive Pastor of Discipleship at Crosspoint Community Church. He has a heart for walking alongside people as they grow in Christ and find healing, connection, and purpose within the life of the church. Ryan helps lead Crosspoint’s discipleship, counseling, and care ministries, including community groups, assimilation, and membership.
Ryan’s journey into ministry began after coming to faith in Christ in 2003—an experience that transformed his life and redirected his calling. After years working in residential land development, God stirred a passion in him for helping others experience the grace and truth of the gospel in everyday life. He began leading a Life Group at Lakepointe Church in 2008, joined the staff the following year, and later served as Lead Pastor of the Lakepointe Firewheel Campus, as well as in leadership with the Re|Engage Marriage Ministry. Ryan is also one of the founding pastors of Crosspoint Community Church.
Ryan is deeply compassionate toward those who are hurting and carries a steady commitment to helping people experience the freedom of being fully known and fully loved through Jesus Christ. He holds degrees in Theology and Mental Health Counseling, equipping him to integrate biblical truth with emotional and relational wisdom in discipleship and care.
Ryan and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Heath with their two children, Carter and Trinity. As a family, they love being part of the Crosspoint community and serving together in the work God is doing in and through the local church.
